- 01We launched with the delivery fee as a constant in the codebase. Six weeks later the constant was wrong.
- 02Changing one number meant a build, a review, a deploy and an app-store wait. In a volatile economy that is not a price. It is a liability.
- 03Rev B: every fee, threshold and rate is a row with an owner and an audit trail. Code reads it. Code never contains it.
